We got the meatballs for the appetizer. The restaurant is pretty dim and romantic, little bit of a higher class place to wear something nice. The staff was really nice too and very helpful with recommendations.

Great happy hour, super nice employees. Food is a lot, but it's great. Drinks are fantastic. Little bit pricy so I like going during happy hour they have a great menu. It's a great vibe there especially when it's nice out and you can sit outside!

Stayed at the Aloft hotel and stopped here late for a drink and something to eat. Drinks were good and the fried mozzarella was GREAT!

I'm visiting Ohio from Cali and I had a list of restaurants that were recommend by the locals online. However, Lago was on no one's list but I happened to accidentally stumble into here after the Cavs game and thank God I did. The pasta here was DELICIOUS and the portions were really good. I also highly recommend getting the sautéed calamari appetizer. What really took my experience here to the next level was Mittens. Mittens is an amazing server with such a beautiful and bubbly personality. She provided my table with the best service I have ever received at a restaurant. Whatever they're paying her, they need to double it!!! Once you meet her you'll know what I'm talking about. She's the reason Lago will be seeing me again if I come back to Ohio.

Let me start by saying, I came here strictly for their Crème Brûlée. This is a fancy restaurant, one that almost had me feeling out of place wearing jeans. I sat at the bar & was served pretty quickly even though the bar was full. I immediately ordered the Crème Brûlée. It lived up to the hype & then some. The blueberries on top were a nice balance to break the sweetness. Dare I say, Lago East Bank has the best Crème Brûlée in Cleveland. 12/10!

Stopped by for a little brunch with the girls & it was the perfect place!! We ordered 2 espresso martinis & 2 bloody Mary's!! The Espresso martinis were delicious & strong and the bloody Mary's were full of flavor!! We decided to order monkey bread and meatballs!! (A weird combo yes... but we were loving it!) The money bread was a sweet treat! It's a pull apart bread with cream cheese, cinnamon, & maple syrup!! SO GOOD!! & for the savory fans... the meatballs were YUM! Served with marinara sauce on top and piping hot!!! They were delicious... you can never go wrong with meatball!! We definitely will come back to try more entrees in the future! The workers and our server were all so nice/sweet and didn't mind that we weren't ordering entrees! They let us enjoy what we can for without pushing us out fast!! Thank you guys for having us!

Love the vibe here. We were a group of 15 and to have great service is always tough but our server was phenomenal! The chicken francese was delicious and would definitely order again. My husband ordered the spicy penne pasta and to be honest I would never order again, it had a very burnt taste. Our friend also ordered it and it was about the same, several of the noodles had a deep char to them which made the entire entree just taste like burnt chemical. Other friends ordered the fettuccine, pizzas, lobster gnocchi, and papardelle and all was 10/10!

Great service, fun vibes, and an awesome DJ made for a wonderful pre-Browns game brunch. Definitely make a reservation, especially on game days! It was pretty packed when we were there but we were seated right on time. Nate got a Bloody Mary and the classic Benedict, and I opted for the Caesar salad. I appreciated that our server let me know that it has pancetta, which is a pork product not typically served on a Caesar salad. I love pork products and this was no exception, as it added a savory bite to the salad which was fresh and a large portion. Nate devoured the Benedict, which had super thick cut bacon and roasted asparagus. The Bloody Mary was also delicious. The DJ was icing on the cake - the music was on point and the mixes were seamless. It was also not too loud, which was a big plus for me. The main menu is Italian and I would love to come back and eat some pasta. They have a large outdoor patio that would be great in summer months.

Lago East Bank is located in the flat at 1091 W 10th. Street in Cleveland. This was our last night in town and wanted to try something new. We decided we wanted to check out Lago for some Italian food. We booked reservations a few days in advance so no problem being seated. I loved the vibe and overall appeal and atmosphere of the restaurant. The moss wall was really cool and even though we dinned inside the patio looked really inviting. We ordered the Salerno Family Meatballs ($18) for and appetizer. The sauce was amazing and loved the fresh basil. For dinner, I had the Wagyu Ravioli ($49) that was stuffed with Wagyu steak in handmade pasta with a black truffle cream sauce, porcini sprinkled on top, and Parmesan. This was so good and my favorite meal of the trip. My partner had the Lobster Gnocchi ($44) which was one of the signature and most popular dishes. In addition to the chunks of lobster and handmade gnochhi it was served in a roasted tomato, corn, basil, and truffle cream sauce. For dessert we had the Chocolate Strawberry Bread Pudding ($14.00) and the Chocolate Moose Cake ($13.00). Both were excellent choices. Definitely complements to the Chef and team, and our server Elliot who was really nice. Only complaints were service was a little slow and my dish was just barely warm when it was brought out. But we were in no hurry and that pasta was amazing. It was such a delicious meal and a lovely evening out to conclude our trip. Would recommend eating here and would love to try some more dishes in the future. Reservations can be made through Open Table and check out their website at www.lagoeastbank.com
